Our infant program provides a safe, warm and nurturing environment, while at the same time offering multiple planned and stimulating opportunities for your child to discover, explore, and learn. Our staff fully understands each of the developmental stages that an infant moves through on the way to becoming a toddler. It is this understanding of early age education that allows them to guide infants to develop motor skills, increase language awareness, and form positive, secure relationships with their ever expanding world.
Effectively stimulating an infant’s senses (sight, hearing, touch and smell) is essential in ensuring that a baby’s brain and body properly develop. Our Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers provides a comprehensive framework that emphasizes the relationships between the teachers/caregivers and children and their families form the basis of curriculum for very young children.
Toddler’s (13 months-23 months)
As infants grow into toddlers, their worlds become vast and wonderful galaxies to explore. They exhibit boundless energy and inquisitiveness, and every object and every moment is a new learning experience. It is at this stage of development when young minds begin to form meaningful connections to the world in which they live.
Our toddler program capitalizes on this window of opportunity by introducing and constantly reinforcing essential skills and knowledge, building the foundations upon which future learning will occur. Through planned activities and free play, our toddlers are carefully guided as they learn how to communicate, begin to care for themselves, express feelings appropriately, and understand how to play with others and interact appropriately with adults.
During this period, your child will learn skills that include pushing and pulling objects, turning and bending, matching objects by color and size, follow simple one-step directions, and building an early vocabulary.

Two & Three Year Olds
Studies have found that learning improves when children are engaged in an enjoyable and meaningful activity. That's why every curriculum includes a variety of intriguing activities that stimulate early brain development with a focus on creative play. Although it may all look like kids having fun, it is also learning in action. It's just another way that we make sure your child gets the most out of his or her preschool experience.
Additionally, we spend a lot of time just listening to and talking with the children. This type of positive interaction encourages the development of emotional, language, and social skills, and enhances the development of a positive self-esteem.
Our Curriculum, "The Creative Curriculum", focuses on the concept that children learn best through play. It is important for children to have opportunities to construct their own knowledge through exploration, interaction with materials, and imitation of role models. Our goal is to provide the foundation for children to achieve the skills they need before continuing their education.

Throughout the day, children make self-directed and guided choices using Family Choice Boards, participate in small groups and projects, join in circle-times with the whole group, and reflect upon and document their learning experiences. Children are guided to critical learning experiences that form the building blocks of healthy development. Using the The Creative Curriculum for Preschool and knowledge of the children and families as a framework, teachers use their talent and expertise to design, adapt, and invent learning centers that best serve the children in the room.
